How to read the package matrix
The current product matrix compares six Alibaba.com supplier packages: GGS Basic, GGS Plus, GGS GrowAll Plus, GGS Pro, GGS Verified Basic and GGS Verified Plus. The right choice depends on catalog size, export readiness, buyer-trust needs, RFQ capacity, advertising plans and the team’s ability to operate the account every day.
A package should not be treated as an outsourced sales engine. Alibaba.com is a marketplace and supplier platform. The tools can improve visibility, credibility and workflow, but the seller still needs to post products carefully, answer buyers quickly, quote responsibly, manage samples, negotiate terms and maintain documentation.
Entry packages: Basic and Plus
GGS Basic gives exporters a foundation: business verification, 3 product categories, 5 showcases, 20 RFQs, 5 sub accounts and onboarding service in the updated matrix. It is useful for testing the platform with a focused catalog.
GGS Plus is stronger for active sellers because it raises showcases to 20, RFQs to 40, adds 5 Green Pass, 5 priority quotes, Keywords Trend and 3 months of Product Advisor. It is a better fit than Basic when the supplier is ready to learn search behavior and respond to RFQs consistently.
Recommended growth packages: GrowAll Plus and Pro
GGS GrowAll Plus is recommended for exporters that want a growth package with lead workflow support. It includes 2-star direct for 6 months, ₹95,000 KWA Ads Spend, Leads Guarantee language in the matrix, 50 L1+ opportunities in 180 days and Okki Seed CRM buyer background checks. These features can support more active pipeline work, subject to Alibaba.com’s official terms.
GGS Pro is recommended when the exporter values 6 months of Product Advisor and KWA Ads Spend but does not need the GrowAll-specific Leads Guarantee or Okki Seed CRM features. Pro can be a cleaner choice for companies that already have buyer qualification processes and mainly need promotion and product insight tools.
Recommended trust packages: Verified Basic and Verified Plus
Verified Basic and Verified Plus are recommended for exporters where buyer trust is a major barrier. Verified Plus is the strongest package because it also includes verified video shooting service. It is best suited for serious manufacturers and exporters with export-ready catalogs, documentation and a team that can manage buyer conversations at scale.
Practical recommendation
- Choose Verified Plus when maximum trust proof, broad catalog coverage and premium verification signals matter.
- Choose Verified Basic when on-site verification and SGS/TUV assessment reports matter, but verified video shooting is not essential.
- Choose GrowAll Plus when lead workflow features, KWA Ads Spend and Okki Seed CRM are more important than Verified Supplier trust proof.
- Choose GGS Pro when longer Product Advisor access and KWA Ads Spend matter, and the team can manage its own buyer qualification process.
- Use Basic or Plus when the exporter is testing Alibaba.com or has a narrower catalog and lower operating bandwidth.
