GGS Plus

GGS Plus package guide for Alibaba exporters.

A practical guide to GGS Plus for Alibaba exporters, covering RFQs, Green Pass, priority quotes, Keywords Trend, Product Advisor and product showcase planning.

Where GGS Plus fits

GGS Plus is positioned above Basic for suppliers that want more exposure capacity and better operating tools while staying within the Gold Supplier track. It is useful when a business has more than a trial catalog and wants to handle buyer enquiries more actively.

The current matrix lists GGS Plus at ₹ 172,000 per year, tax exclusive. The package includes business verification but does not include on-site verification, SGS/TUV assessment reports or verified video shooting service.

Exposure improvements over Basic

GGS Plus keeps 3 product categories but increases product showcases from 5 to 20. RFQ access also rises from 20 to 40, with 5 Green Pass and 5 priority quotes. These additions matter because Alibaba visibility often depends on both listing quality and active RFQ participation.

Marketing and account tools

GGS Plus includes 5 sub accounts, Keywords Trend and 3 months of Product Advisor. It does not include KWA Ads Spend, star direct status, Alibaba account monthly diagnosis, Leads Guarantee or Okki Seed CRM. Compared with Basic, the major practical difference is that the exporter gets more surface area for products and more keyword/product intelligence.

How to use GGS Plus well

Dyneton view

GGS Plus is a practical mid-entry option for exporters that are ready to post more products and participate in RFQs. It does not remove the need for daily platform work. Alibaba provides the marketplace tools; the supplier still needs product accuracy, timely replies, clear pricing logic and export follow-through.

Readiness checklist before purchase

Plus works best when the exporter has enough product depth to use 20 showcases. The team should prepare category mapping, keyword variants, product images, certificates, packaging information, MOQ ranges and quotation templates. If the catalog is still unclear, Basic may be enough until the company is ready for wider exposure.

Operating workflow after launch

Use the first month to stabilize product posting and RFQ handling. Use the next two months to learn from Keywords Trend and Product Advisor. A useful routine is to review search terms, update product titles, improve product descriptions, respond to RFQs daily and mark which enquiries are worth quoting.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Using all 20 showcases without a priority order.
  • Treating Green Pass and priority quotes as automatic conversion tools.
  • Letting multiple sub accounts respond without a shared quotation standard.
  • Not reviewing Product Advisor insights before the included period ends.

Metrics to watch

Measure showcase views, RFQ reply rate, buyer country mix, enquiry-to-quote ratio, quote-to-sample ratio and repeated buyer questions. These metrics help decide whether to renew Plus, move to GrowAll Plus/Pro or invest in Verified Supplier positioning.
