Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Dyneton ("we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to providing exceptional business services to our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise requiring cancellation or refunds. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellations and refunds for services purchased from Dyneton.

1. Definitions

  • Service(s): Any business services offered by Dyneton through our website or directly.

  • Client: Any individual or entity that purchases or uses our services.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation by Client

  • Before Service Commencement:

    • Clients may cancel the service by providing written notice to Dyneton at least 7 days before the scheduled commencement date.

    • A full refund will be issued minus any administrative fees (see Section 3.3).

  • After Service Commencement:

    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before service commencement or after services have begun are not eligible for a full refund.

    • Partial refunds may be granted at Dyneton's discretion, based on the proportion of services rendered.

2.2 Cancellation by Dyneton

  • Dyneton reserves the right to cancel any service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to lack of resource availability or technical issues.

  • In such cases, clients will receive a full refund with no administrative fees deducted.

 

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only if the client has adhered to the cancellation terms outlined in Section 2.

  • No refunds will be issued for services explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

3.2 Refund Process

  • Clients must submit a refund request in writing to [email protected].

  • Refund requests should include the client's name, contact information, service details, and the reason for the refund.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.

3.3 Administrative Fees

  • An administrative fee of 10% of the service cost or INR 1,000 (whichever is lower) will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing expenses.

 

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Services that involve third-party costs, customized solutions, or express delivery are non-refundable.

  • Such services will be clearly identified as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

 

5. Exceptions

  • Force Majeure: No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, acts of war, or government regulations.

  • Violation of Terms: If services are terminated due to a breach of our terms and conditions by the client, no refunds will be provided.

 

6. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida, India.

  • Clients agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting Dyneton before pursuing legal action.

 

7. Changes to This Policy

  • Dyneton reserves the right to amend this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time.

  • Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
