Definitions
Services mean business services offered by Dyneton through the website or directly. Client means an individual or entity that purchases or uses those services.
Dyneton's work is commonly planned, researched, configured, developed, optimized or reserved for a specific client requirement. Because of this custom nature, refunds and cancellations are not guaranteed and are generally not granted once work, onboarding, procurement, planning or third-party coordination has started.

Clients may request cancellation in writing, but submitting a cancellation request does not create an automatic right to cancel or receive a refund. Dyneton may begin discovery, planning, account work, procurement, configuration, communication, research or development soon after confirmation. Once such work has started, cancellation is usually not accepted and payments are generally non-refundable.
Dyneton may cancel or decline a service because of unforeseen circumstances such as resource availability, technical constraints, compliance concerns, third-party platform restrictions or service feasibility. If Dyneton cancels before meaningful work, procurement or third-party coordination has started, Dyneton may issue a refund at its discretion after reviewing the circumstances.
Refunds are exceptional, discretionary and not guaranteed. Cancellations and refunds do not apply to services that involve third parties, including external accounts, platforms, cloud providers, advertising networks, Alibaba services, hosting providers, domain registrars, software vendors, procurement partners or any comparable third-party commitment. Once any third-party coordination, cost, account work, platform activity, custom deliverable or material service work has started, the service is treated as non-cancellable and non-refundable. Refund requests, where still applicable, must be submitted in writing with client name, contact information, service details, payment details and refund reason.
An administrative fee of 10-20% of the service cost may be deducted from eligible refunds, based on terms and conditions of the services.
Services involving custom consulting, business analysis, documentation, design, development, server setup, cloud configuration, AI workflows, data work, listing optimization, Alibaba services, advertising, domain registration, hosting, third-party subscriptions, procurement, express delivery or platform coordination are generally non-refundable. Work delivered in stages, partially delivered work and time already spent by Dyneton or its partners are also non-refundable.
No refunds are issued for force majeure cancellations, delay caused by client-side information gaps, change of mind, business strategy changes, third-party platform decisions, account restrictions, domain or hosting purchases, advertising spend, supplier verification outcomes or termination caused by client breach of terms. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Noida, India, after informal resolution is attempted.
